Brief Description of the Project:

The works generally consist of the conversion of residential premises into a dedicated Outpatients’ Unit for CFAI including the demolition of outhouses and sheds, as well partial demolition inside the house in order to provide the required accommodation. The accommodation includes the provision of an access corridor with outpatients’ room within the rear site as well as the refurbishment of the house to accommodate the third room and nurse’s station. Ancillary works include the switching around of the entrance door and a window on the main façade of the house, the rebuilding of the boundary walls with the two respective adjacent houses, and the provision of landscaped yards and landscaped access yard.
