Brief Description of the Project:
Garrett Rothwell Construction Cost Consultants were contracted to cost manage and perform contract management duties on their behalf for the project.
The project comprised of the construction of an incinerator plant to convert waste to electricity. RijnDijk Construction were contracted to supply and install the steel framework and lift-in of equipment as the work progressed.
