Brief Description of the Project:

Westpark Apartment Development - Alterations and upgrade of existing apartments to A rated apartments for a Housing Body. Works included additional site services to the site and new sewage system.

 

GRCCC Role:

Quantity Surveyor / Construction Cost Management:

We were appointed by Westpark Properties Ltd. to undertake the quantity surveying and construction cost management of the project.

We undertook preparing cost plans of the scheme and different options to evaluate the most suitable project for tender. When the cost planning stage was completed, we prepared the tender documentation with the design team for tender.

 

We evaluated the tender returns and aided in appointing the contractor after carrying out a VE exercise.
 

We are currently undertaking the cost management of the project at construction stage.
