Brief Description of the Project:

The works comprised of the following projects:

1. Upgrade and refurbishment of 149 bedrooms.

2. Refurbishment of 800 metres of circulation corridors.

3. Front entrance façade and terraced rooftop.

4. Refurbishment of the Ladies bathrooms to foyer.

5. New breakfast bar with alterations to kitchen area.
